I am unable to complete the ticket purchase form, as it appears to require six reservations while we are only two. What can I do?
If the system asks you to complete six tickets, it is likely because you are registering for three separate parts of the weekend event for two people. Each part of the event requires an individual ticket with a specific name and unique code, so the system needs one ticket per person per activity. To ensure that attendance is correctly recorded, each of you must complete the form three times, once for each event during the weekend.
I am having difficulties with my payment. What can I do?
If you are unable to make the payment via the official ticket sales site Entradium, please email us immediately at finance.maltacamp@ordendemalta.es AND events.maltacamp@ordendemalta.es.
How do I get around during the weekend?
Toledo is a small city and it is easy to get around on foot and taxi.
Shuttles will be available on Saturday for the day events at Puy du Fou, Finca Loranque, and El Castañar.
How will I know if there are any changes to the program?
Once your registration is confirmed, you will be included in WhatsApp groups and/or email distribution lists specific to each activity you have chosen. These will be the main channels for hte organisers to share news and updates about the event.
Don’t worry, only organisers will be able to publish in these communication to avoid spam.
Can I create a table with my friends for Saturday night?
Yes! Absolutely! To do so, a form will appear after you register where you will be able to list the names of 8-10 guests seating at your table.
Please be aware that tables have 8-10 seats, so we ask pre-made tables to fill one complete table so ensure that all guests are happily seated.
You can also send your pre-made table to events.maltacamp@ordendemalta.es
